    What Extra Steps PRN Care Are Taking During the Covid-19 Crisis.

    We at PRN care would like to re-assure all our customers, current and future, of the steps we have taken to ensure their safety and well-being throughout the current COVID-19 crisis.   

    We are keeping up to date with the latest government guidelines and are maintaining a good stock of PPE.  In addition, we have contingency plans in place to ensure that we are able to operate a quality service even if we are affected by Covid-19.

    We are making sure all our staff are provided with all the appropriate PPE equipment so they can perform all their duties in a completely safe environment.

    We are aware that in the current crisis that some of our customers may be experiencing higher levels of anxiety. So, in response to this we are phoning all our customers on daily basis to ensure their well-being and mental health is looked after.  In addition, we are offering regular shopping calls for those customers who are currently shielding.

    We are aware that many people in our local area are struggling to pay for food and we wanted to help the local community by offering regular donations to food banks in our area.  

    We are immensely proud of all our support staff and how they have worked so hard to support our customers and each other.
